Elite Construction Professionals is a construction-focused community created by Bryan Jackson to help professionals build meaningful careers and employers build stronger, higher-performing teams.

Bryan serves as Managing Director and Construction Practice Lead with Hirewell and brings a unique perspective shaped by experience on both sides of the hiring process. Before moving into executive recruiting, he held senior human resources leadership roles where he helped organizations build teams, strengthen leadership, and improve the employee experience.

Today, he works with general contractors, developers, owners, and construction organizations across commercial, industrial, multifamily, sports and entertainment, healthcare, aviation, education, government, and other specialized markets.

Through ECP, Bryan combines industry-specific recruiting, practical career coaching, interview and compensation guidance, and real-world market analysis to help construction professionals make better career decisions and help companies attract the people they need to grow. The goal is to create a trusted resource that supports professionals throughout their careers—not only when they are actively looking for a job—and gives employers a more informed, personal approach to hiring construction talent.
