2. Eligibility

The Website is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and for businesses and organizations seeking professional services.

By using the Website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

3. No Guarantee of Employment or Candidates

ECP works to connect qualified construction professionals with appropriate career opportunities; however, we do not guarantee:

  • That a candidate will receive an interview

  • That a candidate will receive a job offer

  • That an employer will hire a candidate

  • That a particular position will remain available

  • That compensation or benefits will match information initially provided

  • That any candidate will perform successfully after being hired

  • That any employer or employment opportunity will meet a candidate’s expectations

Hiring decisions are ultimately made by employers. Career decisions are ultimately made by candidates.

Job descriptions, compensation ranges, benefits, project information, travel requirements, and other information may be supplied by employers or recruiting partners and may change without notice.

ECP makes reasonable efforts to communicate accurate information but cannot guarantee that every job listing or employment-related statement is complete, current, or error-free.

4. Recruiting Services

If you submit your resume, professional profile, or other career information to ECP, you authorize us to review that information for current and future professional opportunities.

We may contact you regarding positions that we believe could reasonably align with your background.

Before presenting you to a prospective employer, ECP or its recruiting partner may request additional information regarding matters such as:

  • Professional experience

  • Project history

  • Compensation expectations

  • Geographic preferences

  • Travel requirements

  • Relocation flexibility

  • Availability

  • Work authorization

  • Career objectives

  • Reasons for considering a career change

You agree that information you provide during the recruiting process will be truthful and materially accurate.

ECP may decline to represent, submit, or continue working with any candidate at its discretion.

Employers using ECP-related recruiting services may be subject to separate recruiting agreements that govern fees, candidate ownership, guarantees, confidentiality, exclusivity, payment terms, and other commercial matters.

5. Career Coaching Services

ECP may provide career, leadership, interview, transition, and professional-development coaching.

Coaching is intended to provide professional guidance, perspective, accountability, education, and practical career-development support. Coaching does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.

Although coaching may address subjects including career advancement, compensation, interviews, leadership, workplace challenges, job transitions, and professional performance, ECP does not guarantee any specific result.

Examples of outcomes that are not guaranteed include:

  • Receiving a job offer

  • Receiving a promotion

  • Increasing compensation

  • Improving job performance

  • Receiving favorable performance reviews

  • Successfully negotiating an employment offer

  • Remaining employed

  • Achieving a particular career objective

Clients remain responsible for their own career, employment, financial, and professional decisions.

Paid coaching programs may also be governed by separate service agreements, cancellation policies, payment terms, or program-specific conditions.

6. Market Analysis and Compensation Information
